Just got word that SPI has been salvage logging in their holding within Underwood roadless area on the South Fork Trinity River. It was totally unexpected. With 101 acres of Redwood clearcuts already approved- Green Diamond is proposing to clearcut 76 more acres in lower Jacoby Creek. Green Diamond may have this tract in their sights for residential development due to it’s close proximity to town.
